| LOCATION | On the medial side of the foot, in the depression anterior and inferior to the base of the first metatarsal bone, at the junction of red and white skin. |

| INDICATIONS | Stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, dysentery, dysmenorrhoea, chest and abdominal pain. |
| ACTIONS | Harmonises the middle, regulates the Penetrating Vessel, stops pain. |
| NEEDLING | Perpendicular insertion 0.5 to 0.8 cun. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 3 to 5 cones; mild-warm moxibustion 10 to 15 minutes. |
