| LOCATION | On the dorsum of the foot, in the depression proximal to the web between the first and second toes. |

| INDICATIONS | Headache, dizziness, redness of the eyes, insomnia, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhoea, hypochondriac pain, hypertension, convulsions. |
| ACTIONS | Clears liver fire, subdues liver yang, cools the blood, calms the spirit. |
| NEEDLING | Oblique insertion 0.3 to 0.5 cun. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 1 to 3 cones. |
