| LOCATION | 4 cun below the centre of the umbilicus, on the anterior midline. |

| INDICATIONS | Enuresis, urinary retention, seminal emission, impotence, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhoea, leukorrhoea. |
| ACTIONS | Regulates the bladder, benefits urination, regulates menstruation, tonifies the kidney. |
| NEEDLING | Perpendicular insertion 0.5 to 1 cun. Empty the bladder before needling. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 3 to 5 cones; mild-warm moxibustion 10 to 15 minutes. |
| CAUTION | Deep needling is contraindicated in pregnancy. |
