| LOCATION | 4 cun above the centre of the umbilicus, on the anterior midline. |

| INDICATIONS | Stomach pain, vomiting, acid regurgitation, abdominal distension, diarrhoea, jaundice, mania. |
| ACTIONS | Harmonises the stomach, descends counterflow, strengthens the spleen, resolves damp. |
| NEEDLING | Perpendicular insertion 1 to 1.5 cun. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 5 to 7 cones; mild-warm moxibustion 15 to 20 minutes. |
