| LOCATION | 2 cun directly above Taixi, on the anterior border of the Achilles tendon. |

| ACTIONS | Tonifies the kidney, regulates sweating, resolves oedema. |
| NEEDLING | Perpendicular insertion 0.8 to 1 cun. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 3 to 5 cones. |
