| LOCATION | 8 cun above the lateral malleolus, two finger-breadths lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia. |

| INDICATIONS | Cough with profuse sputum, dizziness, headache, mental disorders, epilepsy, constipation, oedema, heaviness of the limbs. |
| ACTIONS | Transforms phlegm, resolves damp, calms the spirit. |
| NEEDLING | Perpendicular insertion 1 to 1.5 cun. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 5 to 7 cones; mild-warm moxibustion 15 to 20 minutes. |
