| LOCATION | In the depression at the centre of the scapula, at the junction of the upper third and lower two thirds of the line from the inferior angle of the scapula to the spine of the scapula. |

| INDICATIONS | Pain of the scapula, shoulder and back, mastitis, insufficient lactation, motor impairment of the upper limb. |
| ACTIONS | Dispels wind, frees the channel, resolves swelling. |
| NEEDLING | Perpendicular or oblique insertion 0.5 to 1 cun. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 3 to 5 cones; mild-warm moxibustion 10 to 15 minutes. |
