| LOCATION | Directly below the nipple, in the sixth intercostal space. |

| INDICATIONS | Pain of the hypochondrium, mastitis, hepatitis, cholecystitis, vomiting, acid regurgitation. |
| ACTIONS | Spreads liver qi, harmonises the stomach, frees the chest. |
| NEEDLING | Oblique insertion 0.5 to 0.8 cun along the intercostal space. No deep perpendicular needling. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 3 to 5 cones. |
