Dànzhōng
| LOCATION | On the anterior midline, at the level of the fourth intercostal space, midway between the nipples. |

| INDICATIONS | Chest pain, dyspnoea, palpitations, insufficient lactation, mastitis, hiccup. |
| ACTIONS | Regulates qi, opens the chest, resolves phlegm, benefits the breasts. |
| NEEDLING | Transverse insertion 0.3 to 0.5 cun directed laterally, not perpendicular. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 3 to 5 cones; mild-warm moxibustion 10 to 15 minutes. |
