Jīngmíng
| LOCATION | In the depression 0.1 cun medial and superior to the medial canthus of the eye. |

| INDICATIONS | Redness and pain of the eye, lacrimation, night blindness, blurred vision, acute lumbar pain. |
| ACTIONS | Clears heat, brightens the eye, dispels wind. |
| NEEDLING | Ask the patient to close the eye; push the eyeball gently aside and insert slowly 0.5 to 1 cun along the orbital wall. No moxibustion. |
| MOXIBUSTION | No moxibustion. |
| CAUTION | No lifting, thrusting or twisting. Withdraw slowly and press the site to prevent bleeding. |
