| ACTIONS | Frees the channel, relaxes the sinews, stops pain, treats haemorrhoids. |
| NEEDLING | Perpendicular insertion 1 to 2 cun. |
| MOXIBUSTION | Moxa cone 3 to 5 cones; mild-warm moxibustion 10 to 15 minutes. |
